To properly assist with all efforts to curb the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we have suspended storefront hours for walk in customers until further notice. This is to prevent potential spread of the virus via touching of products or airborne transmission. Please note that while our store front is closed, we are still open and fully operational for shipping orders. Any local orders may contact us via phone or email to arrange for pickup of orders free of shipping charges. We will prepackage your order and have it ready for pickup at a designated time to minimize contact and interaction. Please understand that this may lead to minor delays in shipping orders, however we are currently keeping up with the demand. We thank you in advance for your understanding as we do what we can to support all our friends, family, and neighbors through this difficult time.
What we are doing operational for shipping orders:
- All shipments are packed individually by someone wearing a mask, gloves, and who has washed their hands in between each shipment
- All products within each shipment are being wiped down with a sanitizing cleaning agent
- All boxes/envelopes are being fully sealed with packing tape at every fold point
- Packages are being delivered directly to the regional post office facility in Santa Ana to remove a potential touchpoint step in the logistics chain
