Hemp classes, photo shoot, and more!Jesse Clymer
If you follow us on Facebook or Twitter you may have seen us talking about the photoshoot we had on Saturday. Being able to get a stock set of images for our products was something very important for us. It was a huge success and we are very fortunate to be able to work with some of the most skilled people around in their respective fields. Over this week we will work on integrating the shots into the site, so stay tuned!
Another thing we will be working on will be starting to spread the word about Hemp Authority. We are looking to gain some web exposure either through blog mentions or other avenues. So, if you know of any sites that might be a fit for that, we would love to talk to them!
We continue to work on our research and development fields for upcoming products. Our apparel and accessories line is set for what we consider our impromptu Spring and Summer limes. Now we will shift our focus for that field towards putting together the fall lineup. We hope to introduce a new product line before the Fall apparel lineup but there is still a lot of work to do between then and now.
In hemp industry news, Oregon State University announced they will offer the world’s first course on industrial hemp. The course will be an ecampus course which makes it available to anyone with an internet connection. Full details can be found here in the HIA’s press release. Education is one of the biggest battles in the hemp industry, so this class is a great starting point for the education sector and hemp industry to cross each other.
