1 1/2 Cups Warm Water
1/4 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Cup White Flour
1/3 Cup Hulled Hemp Seeds
2 Tbsp Honey
In a large bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Whisk until incorporated, and let sit for 5 minutes to activate yeast.
Whisk in 1 cup whole wheat flour until it forms a consistent base. Add hulled hemp seeds and honey, and whisk together.
Switch to a strong mixing spoon, and incorporate 2 cups white flour. This will take at least 5 minutes to properly mix all the way through. There should be no flour sticking to the edges when you are done. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit over night.
Bake in oven @ 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes on greased or nonstick foil. Bread will be done when browning on top, and makes a hollow sound when knocking on it.
Let sit for 20 minutes when out of oven, then slice with a serrated bread knife and enjoy!
