  • 2 Cup Soy Sauce Low Sodium Preferred
  • 2-4 Tbsp Hot Pepper Hemp Jam
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 4-8 Tbsp Corn Starch Optional


  • Mince garlic and mix in with soy sauce
  • Slowly whisk in Hot Pepper Jam. Note this stuff is hot. Add to taste.
  • Optional: If you prefer the really thick sauce you had as a kid from the local takeout place, whisk in 4-6 Tbsp corn starch at this point. Note this does nothing to help flavor and only adds calories. We prefer to keep it thin.
